2015 Improvements

1. Over 500 ton of material hauled in for the 4 new greens
2. 150 tons of California sand hauled in 85% and 15% peat
3. First step of tearing out and reshaping 4, 5, 12, and 16 with a JD-450 cat and the help of Keith Harvey
   1. Replaced sprinkler system on all of the four new greens
   2. Hauling in pea gravel, sand, 85% 15% mix
   3. Lay out a drainage system and continuing the shaping of greens by filling in the green with the sand mixes
4. A company from out of state was brought in with a special machine to change the soil profile to enhance growth of the bent grass on the 14 original greens as well as the putting green
5. All greens were replanted with bent grass and blue grass on the collars
   1. Fertilized, growth promoters, and fungicide
6. Fertilizer and herbicide were applied to all the fairways
7. Herbicide was applied to all of the roughs
8. Fairways have been mowed every day for the last 2 months
9. Greens have been mowed over 14 times
10. Greens have been top dressed with sand and broomed down
11. Hole #4
    1. Moved the tee box
    2. Brought in timbers from South Dakota to build ponds
    3. Brought in Rosetta Stone from Colorado to finish the waterfall on the signature hole of the course
12. Hole #8
    1. Moved and elevated the tee box to change the hole to a par 5 to bring the course to a par 71
    2. Add ponds in fairway #8
13. Planted trees on the course
14. All carts have been power washed and serviced to bring the cart fleet to 100% as well as the service cart
15. Purchased a new machine to pick up range balls, a greens mower, an additional service cart, and a state of the art reel sharpener
16. Completed the remodel of the club house and restaurant, including new coolers and fryers

1. New boiler for the pool in the spring 2016
2. Improvements for the Pro Shop
3. Additional pond for Hole #6
