    • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    Overview of Duties
    • Project Manager for the President to create and implement new processes and procedures
    • Assist with special projects, such as creating marketing material, video editing, and social media
    • Manage company LMS and offer support for training platform
    • Create and edit training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro CC
    • Assist in management of CRM
    • Assist in coordination of conferences, seminars, and company events
    • Send correspondence to clients via MailChimp
    • Run and compile monthly reports
    • Schedule and facilitate company meetings
    • Maintain social media platforms
    • Maintain company website
    • Assist in supply ordering, as needed
    • Various special projects as requested by the President
    • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with flexibility when required
