I am a broker that is 100% Lender and Realtor focused. I have no marketing budget as I prefer word of mouth and organically growing my business based on strong relationships. Not only that, but I focus on assisting to grow my partnered lenders and realtor business as well, with free advertising and marketing, and assistance with sponsoring events. On all transactions I make it a point to contact the lender, realtor, and title company to make sure I can make their job as easy as possible while providing the best experience for the customer. I leverage technology to make the process of getting a binder out much quicker. The tools I use help me generate CLUE Reports and Flood Zone Determinations. Also, I have partnered with a company that brokers all utilities and security systems for new home buyers, so that they don’t have to worry about going out and figuring that information out.
