The North Platte Chamber and Development Corporation maintains an active role in staying up to date on state and federal issues that affect our members. We have an active Government Affairs Committee that meets throughout the Legislative Session, we participate in biweekly conference calls with the Nebraska State Chamber, host an annual Legislative Forum in the fall, participate in the Nebraska Economic Developers Association Government Affairs committee, and lobby throughout the year for issues that affect our members and the business climate in Lincoln County.

As members of the North Platte Area Chamber & Development Corp. you have access to participate in our Government Affairs Committee weekly calls with Senator Groene as well as take part in the State Chamber conference calls and lobbying activities. 

Conference Calls with the Chamber's Government Affairs Committee and Senator Groene take place every Wednesday, beginning January 13 at 7:45am in the Chamber Conference Room.
