The West Central District Health Department is pleased to announce Family Nurse Practitioner; Brooke Boggs has joined the West Central Public Health Clinic! She is currently accepting new patients of all ages. Brooke is a NPHS graduate and received her nursing degree from Mid-Plains Community College then she continued her education and received her Master’s degree from Georgetown University. She is a certified family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
  
Brooke and her dedicated staff are available to care for you and your family’s health care needs. We offer services for acute and chronic health issues as well as routine annual visits, school and sports physicals, pre-op physicals. Our goal is to fulfill the emotional and physical needs of our patients while focusing on our mission of promoting health and wellness, disease prevention, and providing patient and family centered health education and counseling. 
  
Additionally, Brooke will help drive many of the quality initiatives West Central District Health Department participates in, to ensure the highest possible quality of care for patients across the life span! 
  
The clinic accepts private insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare, and a self pay sliding scale payment option is also available. Clinic hours are weekdays 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with extended hours Wednesday evenings until 6pm. Scheduled appointments are preferred, but Walk-ins are welcome.
