2015 Improvements
- Over 500 ton of material hauled in for the 4 new greens
- 150 tons of California sand hauled in 85% and 15% peat
- First step of tearing out and reshaping 4, 5, 12, and 16 with a JD-450 cat and the help of Keith Harvey
- Replaced sprinkler system on all of the four new greens
- Hauling in pea gravel, sand, 85% 15% mix
- Lay out a drainage system and continuing the shaping of greens by filling in the green with the sand mixes
- A company from out of state was brought in with a special machine to change the soil profile to enhance growth of the bent grass on the 14 original greens as well as the putting green
- All greens were replanted with bent grass and blue grass on the collars
- Fertilized, growth promoters, and fungicide
- Fertilizer and herbicide were applied to all the fairways
- Herbicide was applied to all of the roughs
- Fairways have been mowed every day for the last 2 months
- Greens have been mowed over 14 times
- Greens have been top dressed with sand and broomed down
- Hole #4
- Moved the tee box
- Brought in timbers from South Dakota to build ponds
- Brought in Rosetta Stone from Colorado to finish the waterfall on the signature hole of the course
- Hole #8
- Moved and elevated the tee box to change the hole to a par 5 to bring the course to a par 71
- Add ponds in fairway #8
- Planted trees on the course
- All carts have been power washed and serviced to bring the cart fleet to 100% as well as the service cart
- Purchased a new machine to pick up range balls, a greens mower, an additional service cart, and a state of the art reel sharpener
- Completed the remodel of the club house and restaurant, including new coolers and fryers
