The Mission of NPYP is To Create and Retain Young Leaders Ages 21-40 in Our Community.

The Vision is To Create Strength in the Workplace by Developing Individuals in a Professional Setting.

NPYP connects young professionals year-round through a mix of purposeful gatherings and social experiences. Members meet every other month for Power Hours (Jan., Mar., May,...) on the 2nd Thursday at noon at NebraskaLand Bank’s Main Branch, with alternating months dedicated to shared community experiences and networking opportunities. Visit the Chamber calendar for upcoming events.

NPYP is the Young Professional Organization under the umbrella of the Chamber and Development Corporation. The organization is open to anyone in Lincoln County ages 21-40.
