To our Chamber Member Partners,
 
This year will go down in history as one of the best development years ever for North Platte and Lincoln County. Economic growth statistics were shattered in every category in 2023. We were named the Nebraska Economic Community of the Year!
 
With $2.3 billion of projects emerging or in the advanced planning stage, the future is bright. We can accomplish much if we continue to work together. We have truly been blessed to have these kinds of opportunities.
 
In the spirit of the holiday season and the faith that sustains us internally, take a deep breath, relax, and enjoy family and friendships as we gather. When I reflect on the challenges and accomplishments of recent months, I realize most would not have happened without a supportive and engaged business community and solid community leadership.
 
We have met the challenges and moved the community forward in a positive direction. As we close out another year let us not take our successes for granted. The teamwork approach will still be necessary in the weeks, months, and years ahead.
 
This blessed season reminds us that nothing can replace the caring and devoted human spirit of compassion. A wise person years ago taught me that service to humanity is truly the best work of life. The volunteer efforts of our community are nothing short of remarkable.
