Cassie Condon joined the North Platte Area Chamber in September 2018 as the Vice President of Economic Development and Communications/Marketing Director. While new to the Economic Development side, Cassie is accustomed to North Platte and the current business culture. As a life-long resident of North Platte, Condon brings hometown roots to the organization. Previously the Property Manager of Platte River Mall, Condon is experienced with property management, marketing, business start-ups, and leasing. "After 17 years in Retail and Marketing, I am eager to help the community on a more vast level," Condon states. "I am passionate about our community and ready to grow our area! We are a unique city, with so much potential."

In May of 2022, the Chamber & Development Corporation restructured and Condon became the Vice President of Operations & Marketing. 

Cassie is married to Sean Condon, and together they have two sons that keep them busy. She is also a member of the North Platte Noon Rotary Organization, Business & Professional Women of North Platte, Leadership Nebraska Alumni, as well as 8 other organizations or Boards. Condon is a past Board Member on the North Platte Catholic School Board of Education, McDaid Parent-Teacher Organization, and the Canteen District Board, as well as assisting with Troop 292 as Charter Representative.  "By living in my community and volunteering with my peers, I understand our strengths and struggles. It is by that grit and grace that I am able to better serve those I am around.

"As a life long resident of North Platte I am passionate about the future growth of this community," Condon added. "The North Platte Canteen story is my guiding light. My grandmother traveled 158 miles round-trip here to serve the troop trains homemade meals and treats. If she could do that at age 18 with her friends, what can we accomplish for our community?"
