The Alliance for the Future of Agriculture in Nebraska (AFAN) was established by Nebraska’s leading commodity organizations to support and advance livestock development across the state.
What AFAN Does
• Supports livestock producers in locating, modernizing, and expanding their operations.
• Assists state, county, and community leaders, along with agribusinesses and processors, considering new or expanded livestock and value-added projects in Nebraska.
• Provides zoning, regulatory, and community-engagement resources to help ensure successful development for both producers and local communities.
